BeGreen Dunbar was delighted to be invited to West Barns Primary School for their STEM day. West Barns Primary school teamed up alongside Stenton Primary school to put on a fun filled day for the children. An action packed day saw the pupils doing experiments, making volcanoes and learning all about wind turbines!! The children were full of questions on various aspects of wind turbines and the wind industry. Anouska who attended the day with a wind turbine specialist said, "It was fantastic to been invited to take part in the STEM day. It's so important to let the children experience science, technology, engineering and maths and there are so many ways to show them. The children particularly enjoyed building their own turbines and working with the connection boards." A big thank you to the primary schools for having us! |
