News - CWP Energy donates £2000 to Dunbar United Colts...
CWP Energy through BeGreen Dunbar is delighted to be supporting the youngsters of Dunbar United Colts Football Club once again with a donation of £2000. The company have supported the club in numerous ways for over 15 years, from helping with LED lighting to trips away. They were also proud patrons of the 2004 age group until they reached the under 20s team. This grant is going towards the 2016 age group to help buy equipment and new training kits. In particular sets of goals which will allow them to train and play more. The goals will also support the rest of the age groups and allow the club to host more teams at festivals and club days. The training kit will allow all the children to not only look the part but also feel part of the team. Anouska, BeGreen Community Coordinator is pleased to be supporting the colts again. “It’s great to still be helping the local football club after so many years. We’ve helped in various ways in the past and it’s good to see that the club is going from strength to strength. I live near the training grounds and it’s fabulous to see so many children taking part in football training and games every day of the week. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in their new kits and would like to wish everyone at the club good luck for the new season.” |
