Ranger Pete helps out with Health Week - March 2014

Every year, primary schools have a 'Health Week' where the children get involved in lots of activities connected with healthy living. Our Educational Ranger Pete Boustead is often invited along to run some environmental games with the children, getting everyone running about and exercising whilst learning about the environment at the same time.

Ranger Pete went along to Dalry Primary School's 'Health Week' during the first week of March and played the Sticky Frog Tongue game, whereby each team has to collect as much food for their frog as possible. A relay race with a difference as instead of running, the children have to 'hop' like a frog....and of course make a noise like a frog too...'ribbit'.
